Author registration and camera-ready paper submission deadline: September 10, 2011

Instructions for camera ready paper:
By September 10, 2011, the camera-ready paper (both in .doc and in .pdf), in springer format is to be sent by email to cisim2011@gmail.com with a subject-line quoting your paper number like "Camera-ready paper and CR for paper-id XX".

The authors need to strictly follow the guidelines from Springer for preparing their camera ready version of accepted papers. Any deviation in this regard, may lead to exclusion of the paper from the proceedings and this would be decided by the editing staff in Springer, Heidelberg.
Authors can use either Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e to prepare the camera-ready version of your accepted paper.

Word 2003 template for the preparation of Springer Proceeding papers:

A document template has been prepared by Springer for use with Word 2003. Predefined style formats are available for all the types of content that are part of a computer science proceedings paper, and these formats can be easily accessed via special tool bars. The zip archive for MS Word may be downloaded from here. This contains the following files:
1. General guidelines for authors in .pdf;
2. Instructions explaining how to work with the Word template in .pdf;
3. Word 2003 template svlnproc1104.dot.

Springer Proceedings using LaTeX2e
==============================
The zip file for LaTeX2e, downloadable from here contains the following:

1. llncs.cls, Springer class file;
2. llncs.dem, sample input file, you can use it as a source for your own input;
3. llncs.doc (actually a TeX file), the documentation of the class, with detailed instructions on how the macro package works;
4. llncs.dvi, DVI resulting out of llncs.doc.

Registration Details:
In order to publish your paper in the Springer proceedings, at least one author must register for each accepted paper before September 10, 2011 in one of the first 5 categories as mentioned in the Registration page of the website.

In case an author has multiple papers accepted, an amount of Euro 100 needs to be paid towards publication charges for each additional paper after the first paper.

The maximum number of pages without extra payment is 10 (LNCS format). The size of your camera-ready paper must not exceed 12 pages, in any case. For each extra page above the limit of 10 pages, authors have to pay Euro 50 (INR 1000 for authors from India).
Besides the Registration and camera ready ready paper submission, the corresponding author needs to download, fill up, sign and send the Springer Copyright form. Please make sure you enter volume editor's name as "Nabendu Chaki, Ryszard S. Choras, Agostino Cortesi, and Slawomir Wierzchon" in the copy right form.

By September 10, 2011, the camera-ready paper (both in .doc and in .pdf), scanned copy of filled in and signed registration form, copy-right form and a scanned copy of the receipt/DD from your bank must be send in a single .zip file to the conference desk by email at cisim2011@gmail.com with a subject-line quoting your paper number like "Camera-ready paper and CR for paper-id XX".
